Dodoa is a business-to-business service for company operators aged 18 or older. By using it, you confirm you are using it for a business and have authority to provide the information you submit.Dodoa 是面向企业经营者（18 岁及以上）的 B2B 服务。使用即表示您确认是为业务目的使用，并有权提供您所提交的信息。
2. What the service is2. 服务内容
- Free assessment. A short questionnaire that returns a free read — an operating "archetype" plus brief commentary based on your answers.免费评估。一份简短问卷，返回免费判断——基于您答案的经营"类型"及简要点评。
- Deep Diagnostic (paid). A fuller written analysis of your answers, and — if you provide them — your uploaded files and voice notes.深度诊断（付费）。对您答案的更完整书面分析，并（若您提供）结合上传文件与语音。
- 1:1 Walkthrough (paid). A live session with the founder, available to Deep Diagnostic customers.1 对 1 解读（付费）。与创始人的实时沟通，面向深度诊断客户。
3. Payments, deposits & refunds3. 付款、定金与退款
Paid prices are shown at the point of purchase. International payments are processed by Stripe; payments within China are processed by WeChat Pay or Alipay.付费价格在购买时显示。国际支付由 Stripe 处理；中国境内支付由微信支付或支付宝处理。
Because the Deep Diagnostic is a custom written deliverable produced for you, it is generally non-refundable once delivered. If something went wrong on our side, contact us and we will make it right.由于深度诊断是为您定制生成的书面交付物，一经交付通常不予退款。若问题出在我们一方，请联系我们，我们会负责解决。

Dodoa's reads and diagnostics are decision support generated from the information you provide and from AI analysis. Any numbers shown on the site that are not drawn from your own data are illustrative. Our output is not financial, investment, accounting, legal, or tax advice. You keep ownership of the answers, files, and voice notes you submit. You grant us permission to process them to produce your result and deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The site, the product, its design, code, and the structure of our analysis are owned by Dodoa LLC. The written diagnostic we deliver is yours to use for your business; the underlying methods and software remain ours.网站、产品及其设计、代码与分析框架归 Dodoa LLC 所有。我们交付给您的书面诊断，您可用于自身业务；但底层方法与软件仍归我们所有。

9. Limitation of liability9. 责任限制
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dodoa LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.在法律允许的最大范围内，Dodoa LLC 不对因您使用本服务而产生的间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害，或利润、营收、数据损失承担责任。在责任不能排除之处，其上限为索赔前 12 个月内您向我们支付的金额。
