Email us from the address you used for the assessment, with the subject line "Data Deletion":请使用您做评估时所用的邮箱,以主题 "Data Deletion"(数据删除)发送邮件:
contact@dodoa.aiPlease include the name, email, and (if you have one) the brand/company name you used, so we can find your records. If you can't email from the original address, tell us enough to identify you.请附上您使用的姓名、邮箱,以及(如有)品牌/公司名称,以便我们定位记录。若无法用原邮箱发送,请提供足以识别您身份的信息。

3. What we may keep, and why3. 我们可能保留什么及原因
We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it — chiefly payment and contract records, which we keep for up to 7 years to meet accounting and legal obligations. We also keep minimal security logs for a short period. These are not used to contact or profile you.在法律要求的情形下,我们可能保留有限记录——主要是支付与合同记录,为履行会计与法律义务保留至多 7 年。我们还会短期保留最少量的安全日志。这些信息不会用于联系您或对您画像。

We confirm your request when we receive it and complete deletion within 30 days, then email you to confirm it is done.收到请求后我们会先行确认,并在 30 天内完成删除,随后发邮件向您确认已处理完毕。
5. If you connected a Meta channel (WhatsApp / Instagram)5. 若您接入了 Meta 渠道(WhatsApp / Instagram)
If any of your data reached us because you connected a WhatsApp or Instagram account to the product, the same request above covers it — email contact@dodoa.ai with "Data Deletion" and we will remove the data associated with that connection on our side. You can also disconnect the channel from within your Meta account settings at any time.若您的部分数据是因您将 WhatsApp 或 Instagram 账号接入产品而到达我们这里,上述同一请求即可覆盖——发邮件至 contact@dodoa.ai 并注明 "Data Deletion",我们将删除我们一方与该连接相关的数据。您也可随时在 Meta 账号设置中断开该渠道。
