1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all reflections, highlights, audio recordings, comments, and other content you create ("Your Content"). We moderate user-generated content to maintain a safe community. This includes automated screening via the OpenAI Moderation API when content is published, as well as human review of reported content. We may hide, remove, or restrict content and accounts at our discretion in accordance with our Community Guidelines.

5. AI-Generated Features

The App may offer optional AI-powered features such as reflection nudges, reframing prompts, and thinking-pattern summaries. These features are generated with the assistance of OpenAI's API and are intended as reflective tools, not professional advice. We make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

6. Audio Content

Audio recordings for private reflections are stored on your device only and are not uploaded. When you publish a reflection or comment as public, any associated audio is uploaded to our cloud storage. Unpublishing or deleting content will remove the cloud copy.

7. Reporting & Blocking

You may report content or users that violate these Terms through the in-app reporting feature. You may also block other users to prevent interaction.

8. Intellectual Property

All non-user content — including design, code, graphics, and trademarks — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated content is provided for reflective purposes only and should not be relied upon as psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
